Athletes will NOT be allowed to try out or practice until the following items are completed:

 

1. Online Registration - This registration is to register with the Athletics Office.  You may also be asked to register through the specific sport or Booster Club for that sport which is a seperate process from the Athletics Registration.  You must register and be cleared by the Athletics Office in order to tryout.
2. Current Physical from doctor uploaded - CLICK HERE for the Athletics Physical Form.The doctor MUST sign AND date pages 4 and 5, which are watermarked SCHOOL COPY. Upload your current doctor's clearance to your online registration. Physicals are valid for one year/ 365 days, and they must be submitted/received before you can try-out. An athlete will not be cleared if the physical is incomplete or missing any information. The physical must specifically state that the athlete is cleared to participate in sports.
3. Athletic Fee paid online
4. Clearance by the Athletics Office - email will be sent to parent confirming clearance
